Diesel engine:world famous brand Yanmar (Japan) 3TNV70-SSY,three cylinders with hydro-cooling type;

Belt frame:

1. Length 7 m, belt width 700 mm,belt frame is paired with folding movable rail,suitable for loading passengers’ baggage and cargo.

★2. Rollers and aluminium alloy grate backing plate for convey. It guarantees equal distribution of the heavy and large cargo, so it has a good loading capacity.

★3. We used an imported hydraulic motor for the belt loader, so it maintains stable long term operations.

★4. Front and rear lifting mechanisms of the belt loader have hydraulic cylinders with lifting function. Front and rear parts also paired with anti-collision block rubber. Braking system:

It has three functions: towbar driving control, hand-hold push-and-pull, drawing pull. At the same time with the help of towbar it movies up the mechanical brake, Unlike towing tractors, rear unhook caused inertia effect and proceed the stop car function.

Hydraulic system:

1. Supplementary running gear is directly driven by motor. Four kinds of speed are clearly shown on the handle (stop, reach the aircraft, idle speed, accelerate), can provide speed regulation function (configure control amplifier), easy maintains, high level of transmission’s controllability and efficiency. 2. Motor directly drives wheels. Complete driving mechanism including hydraulic separation structure (after pushing the bottom the system separates driving wheels and hydraulic pump, automatic separation of wheels and hydraulic pump can cause fast speed evacuation without damaging hydraulic motor. Science 2019 towing tractor has 30 km/h speed there is no necessary to use manual supplement or any other troublesome technological processes. More than that, it makes no harm to the motor.

3. We use only imported fittings for the hydraulic system. Hard pipe connection is used for hydraulic pipeline, so it can prevent oil leak.

Handling safety device:

1. Equipment has 3 emergency stop push-bottoms,if the engine has an emergency situation these bottoms can stop the vehicle immediately.

2. Conveyor belt loader also has an emergency evacuation equipment, when the system has failure, the conveyor belt goes down and supporting feet are packed up. Safety, fast supporting feet can guarantee stable sustain and prevent sliding when equipment is leaving a plane.

3. At the front side of the frame there are 2 hydraulic supporting feet, 2 manual type supporting feet (for the front side is using only hydraulic supporting feet). It can prevent sliding of the vehicle during exploitation.

4. Photoelectric switch for approaching is equipped at the front part of the belt frame. The vehicle also has a safety distance sensing device, when the belt loader has reached the safety distance to aircraft, the vehicle will stop safety.

5. Control panel is equipped with emergency stop switches.

6. Electric control box: starting switch, front and rear lifting mechanism bottom, supporting feet bottom, stop bottom switch status can have a light indicator on the electric control panel.

Operating device:

1. Dash board is convenient for checking and it’s equipped on the left side together with conveyor frame’s control box, and it’s adapted to the working habits.

2. Fast and slow functions can be regulated on the manual driving handle. Hand control switch on the towbar is simplified, after dropping it the vehicle would stop immediately, has hydraulic system.

2. Emergency pump should be equipped in the easy operated and safe place.

Maintaining device:flexible part of the turning key has a self- lubrication function.

Fire protection equipment:at the vehicle’s front end there is a 2 kg extinguisher
